Royal Mobile App – Terms and Conditions
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. We are offering you this app to use for your own personal use without cost, but you should be aware that you cannot send it on to anyone else, and you're not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Royal Embroidery Threads Private Limited.
Royal Embroidery Threads Private Limited is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Royal Embroidery Threads Private Limited will not take responsibility for certain functions of the app, such as the ability to download and the Mobile Host function will all require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Royal Embroidery Threads Private Limited cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.
If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
At some point we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Royal Embroidery Threads Private Limited does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS/Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Prices for products are described on our Mobile App. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products and Services may change at Royal Embroidery Threads Private Limited's discretion.
Royal Embroidery Threads Private Limited will make a maximum of one attempt to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in this attempt, Royal Embroidery Threads Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to -
1. bad weather
2. flight delays
3. political disruptions
4. other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.
Returns and Refund conditions:
Royal Embroidery Threads Private Limited will accept Return or Refund the amount only if the following conditions are met.
1. Return of the product from buyer to RETPL will only be carried out, if the product not matches the specification.
2. Our quality team will investigate the non-confirmation and if the product is found to be matching the specification, the return process will be cancelled and the customer has to accept the product. If the product stands to be not matching the specification, the product can be returned to RETPL and RETPL will run the fresh production for the buyer as per the specification approved by the buyer.
3. Incase of rejection, the money equivalent to the rejected lot will be transferred to the buyer in the respective account through which the buyer had made the payment for purchasing this product.
4. Cases where RETPL is not in a position to deliver the order quantity due to non availability of stocks, amount will be refunded for the short quantity, if the buyer approves for refund. If buyer does not require refund and wants to adjust the amount in the next purchase, then the difference amount will be parked in the buyer's wallet. During the next purchase, the wallet amount will be deducted by default.
Reverse Pickup Process:
Self send process
In case of Return initiated and subsequently couriered the product by the Customer himself/herself, if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to RETPL or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the customer to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the concerned logistic service provider to establish his/her claim of return.
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
Unauthorized Charges on your card
If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on RETPL's Mobile App but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven't placed the order. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction to enable RETPL to begin an investigation.

We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.
You can visit the Site and browse without having to provide personal details. During your visit to the Site you remain anonymous and at no time can we identify you unless you have an account on the Site and log on with your user name and password.
Data that we collect
We may collect various information if you seek to place an order for a product to us on the Site.
We collect, store and process your data for processing your purchase on the Site and any possible later claims, and to provide you with our services. We may collect your title, name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, payment details, payment card details or bank account details.
We need this information in order to allow you to go ahead with placing your order for a product. We may use that data to process payment for the product and deliver the product to you. We also use that data to inform you when the product is about to be delivered.
We may pass your name and address on to a third party in order to make delivery of the product to you (for example to our courier or supplier).
We may also use your data in order to manage the Site, collect payment from you, enable you to subsequently use parts of the Site, detect any fraud or Site abuses, send you information relevant to the Site or our products, and in case we have any queries. Payments that you make through the Site will be processed by our company Royal Embroidery Threads Private Limited, a company registered in India.
You must only submit to us the Site information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.
Your actual order details may be stored with us and you may access this information by logging into your account on the Site. Here you can view the details of your orders that have been completed, those which are open and those which are shortly to be dispatched and administer your address details, bank details and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorized third parties. We cannot assume any liability for misuse of passwords unless this misuse is our fault.
Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your personal information that we have collected with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally-compliant request for its disclosure.
Credit Check and Fraud Prevention
We use standard and authorized payment services and our Credit Check and Fraud Prevention policies are aligned to these companies. All disputes would be handled by Mumbai courts.
Other uses of your personal information
We may also send you other information about us, the Site, our other websites, our products, sales promotions, our newsletters, SMS updates, anything relating to other companies in our group or our business partners. If you would prefer not to receive any of this additional information as detailed in this paragraph (or any part of it) please click the "unsubscribe" link in any email that we send to you or follow the unsubscription process as detailed in the SMS. Kindly note that unsubscribing from one medium does not automatically lead to unsubscription from the other.. Within 7 working days (days which are neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday anywhere in India) of receipt of your instruction we will cease to send you information as requested. If your instruction is unclear we will contact you for clarification.
1. The payment can be done to purchase our product through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, American Express Cards, and Internet Banking.
2. Once the payment is successful, a system generated mail is sent to customer's registered mail id stating the order summary and the transaction amount.
3. The tax invoice will be couriered to the customer within 2 working days.
4. RETPL is not responsible for the un-successful payment which may arise due to poor internet connection, in-sufficient balance in your account. In such scenarios you may contact your internet service provider or the concerned bank.
5. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
6. In case of refund, the amount will be transferred to your account through which the payment was carried out in 7 working days after getting the approval from the customer.
